In this exciting workshop and facilitated session, participants will discover their passion(s) in life and how to harness and use that power to achieve your goals in life. They will learn and rediscover what it is to be a passionate leader and motivator. Each person will recapture their own motivation to make better choices in life and accelerate their success at work and at home. Finally, participants learn to balance their lives with the 5 F's and feel more successful, happy, focused and ALIVE!
This holistic programme covers the entire person. No leader can maintain passion at work if their home life is falling apart. No father, mother, son or daughter can keep their home life in tact if they are in financial ruin or their career is derailed or non-existent. We need to and will examine you as a WHOLE person and look at bringing passion to work that comes from within in every aspect of our lives.
Outline and brief:
1. What is Passion, how to obtain it and how to maintain in YOUR career, family and life in general.
2. How to Find your Passion. It is one thing to acknowledge the need for passion and another to find your passion. We will share with you resources and tools for finding your passion in life and how to build upon that passion and use it for your ultimate success.
3. How to Attain Goals you are Passionate About. For decades, people have been teaching goal setting and most people never achieved their goals. You will learn a goal ATTAINMENT programme that works and will empower you and skill you to attain any goal you go after! These techniques were passed on to Michael from a self-made BILLIONAIRE and helped him DOUBLE the size of his company in under 5 years.
4. Making Better Choices for the Rest of Your Life. (The subject of Michael’s newest book) Have you made any poor choices in your life?
